Afernow, what kind of exercise routine are you in to? I think you're truckin' along very well! you've lost 9 lbs in a month and that's pretty darned good! that's 2.25 lbs a week on average, right? (it's 2:30 in the morning, I cannot do MATH!). :)
what do you mean when you say you bumped up the points again? are you following the guidelines or doing something nifty with yourself?? Peace!
