gooooooooood mornin everyone..today is a more then usual water day...had some processed chicken last night for supper ..to much salt..an i even thought about it before i ate it...an ate it anyway...knowin the consequences it would cause when i stepped on the scales..an just not carin...just a meal messup, an today is a new day to eat better and flush the toxins outta my body once again..never did get on the exercise bike yesterday, just felt so cold, an couldnt seem to get warm..after i did my errands just stayed in an tried to get warm again...not sure if i have to get out today or not...probably go out long enough to visit one last store for the week, an then try an get ready for the snow they are talkin about...hopefully someone else will get my share...hahahahah...yeah yeah i kno...shame on me to pass my snow onto someone else..but im thinkin it will be a wet snow, an heavier to shovel off...yeah yeah i kno a great workout...well...gonna get up an fix breakfast an get all my marbles in one place...lol...have a greattttttttt one today...

MINI GOALS THAT I DO MY BEST TO FOCUS ON EACH DAY !!!!

1. I AM FIRST !!!!!

2. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF !!!!! THINK POSITIVE !!!!

3. GET IN THE RIGHT FRAME OF MIND !!!!!

4. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP AND GET BACK ON TRACK AT THE NEXT MEAL !!!!

5. VISUALIZE YOURSELF AT YOUR GOALS WEIGHT, IT HELPS YOU TO GET TO YOUR GOAL EASIER !!!!!

6. FOOD IS NOT A REWARD !!!!...ITS NOURISHMENT !!!

7. DRINK 16 oz OF WATER SOON AS YOU GET OUTTA BED !!!!

8. EAT YOUR HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!!

9. AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!!

10. AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!!

11. REMEMBER...IF IT WAS EASY TO SHED THE WEIGHT, THEN THERE WOULDNT BE SO MANY PEOPLE TRYING TO PROFIT FROM TELLING YOU HOW...

12. WATER!!! HELPS TO FLUSH OUT THE TOXINS !!!!!

13. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!

14. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!

15. SET MINI WEIGHT LOSS GOALS YOU CAN REACH!!!

AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST....

16. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY...YOU'RE ONLY IN COMPETION WITH YOURSELF !!!!!!
