Ate toast with butter last night before bed and it was soooo yummy. Its funny because I can exercise every day and eat well for weeks, and if I have one time of letting go, I feel like my weight will increase by 10lbs the next morning. So messed up how weight issues are perceived!
Anyways, I have exercised every day this week. In a fitbit workweek challenge and I can't catch the first place person! Grrr. Anyone out there with a fit bit, if you want to be friends let me know. I love the competition, it keeps me honest and makes me walk more :)
