I'm really annoyed bc over the past two months i haven't lost any weight at all. I havent gained either, but i'm trying to lose. i'm eating well within my TDEE, closer to the lower end, but idk. I think it's time to ramp up my gym time. i'm currently at 3 days a week for 25 mins cardio, i'm thinking it's time to start doing 4. honestly though, my caloric intake has been pretty good, and i'm feeling like i fit better in my clothes, so ultimately the scale not moving is just a formality. if anything, i'm eating closer to my BMR and that may be why i'm not seeing progess. on busy days i need to eat about 2500 to maintain my current weight so i should be losing a lot more from the scale. but who knows!
(also this journal isn't me asking for advice. please don't post any. i know yall mean well, but i know my body and my journey better than you do, and the last few times i posted i got a lot of people giving unsolicited advice and i don't want it. i'm just here to vent haha)

You can always set your journal to private to ward off any advice....

At the risk of giving advice...have you thought about adding some weight training to your cardio?

that is good you made clear that you don't want any advices, people listening/reading venting people and their statement "who knows" tend to give advices, probably some of us believe we do know better..

I am not giving you advice. When I do a cut, I eat at my BMR so I am eating at a deficit to my TDEE. Best of luck to you!

Not giving advice but I do know that at one point or another, everyone hits a plateau for a certain amount of time then it breaks and you start losing again. This I learned from a Nutritionist. Good Luck.

How infuriating for you! Still if you feel better then perhaps you have lost fat and gained muscle which is great. I've just started this two weeks ago. It's suggesting I eat 1700 calories a day, I've been eating 800-1300 on average over the past two weeks and have lost....drum roll please.... 2lb. I expected more, I was eating way more calories before and I've literally been counting everything and using spray oil only. Fractured a few bones in my foot or I'd hit the gym. Good luck to you. I may start doing the journal so I can vent more too.
