I need to switch my eating habit around. I tend to eat more towards evening time than I do during the day. I am going to switch to eating my biggest meals during the day, maybe split it in two. 11:30 and 3:30, then less in the evening. This week, I start the fast challenge, so it would be a good habit to cultivate. 3 weeks to learn a new habit they say. So here goes.
