Challenge day 1 (Jan 10): No Soda & 8 oz. of water 8x's a day = success. I didn't drink anything other than water, all day. I drank a total of 7 bottles/glasses of water (totally 84+ oz), and went to the bathroom a ton! I was really proud of myself for drinking so much, because I usually only drink (maybe) one glass of water per day, and maybe 2 or 3 sodas... but, 7 glasses of water!! wahoo! go me!!
Also, i exercised twice today - once this morning, and again tonight. This morning I went for a nice walk with my hubs and our dog, for 40 minutes (and another 15 minute walk while I was working). Then, i did 40 minutes of cardio. wooohooo for working out!
