Ok I'm up - but still down almost 2 pounds. 124.2 is my highest weight. I have to admit I am a little discouraged but it is a little lesson for me that I can't have crazy weekends. Today was a tough food morning Vern made me breakie - calorie laden... But the positive is I will be having my biggest meal in the morning. Today is a calorie watching day for sure or Iwon't make my RDI. Gym tonight and just keep moving on... Vitamen time... see you tonight.
