I fell off the train yesterday big time. I did my workout, came home and was stupid hungry so I had some sausage and then a peanut butter sandwich. I also had a burger and fries for dinner and a bag of chips at work. I figure I was thirsty. Damn me. So today I am refocused and I am pushing my focus towards drinking water and logging everything.

Yeah, I may have bought a bag of mini eggs yesterday and ate like 30 of them for breakfast this morning....
