Didn't remember my vitamans. But I did drink more water and I did go to the gym. I did record all my food and I am full! I need to try to remember to eat slower at night. Also a little snack mid afternoon would help a lot. I did 30 minutes at the gym and feel quite proud. Now if it can only just become part of my life style. My stress levels are ok... although I feel like I am doing an aweful lot in a day. Going to have a rewarding bubble bath and get comfy on the couch - need a good sleep tonight. My goal tomorrow is to do even better than today... Night Night
