I'm doing really well with my Challenge. I've recorded everything that I've eaten, and I've exercised quite a lot this week. I've even managed to lose a bit of weight this week. My only difficulty is sticking to my 1900 calories. I would've thought that would be more than enough. Obviously not!
Have to really watch closely so that those calories stay in check! They add up so quickly!!
