I did not do as well as I would have liked this week, challenge wise. However, I did better than the week before. I signed up for challenges that I knew would be tough for me. Is that not why it is called a "challenge?" Just getting back on track is a huge success for me!
72.3 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
