Worked out on my Wii Active Sports More Workouts and restarted my 6 wk challenge. Burned 164.9 calories. I hadn't done it since before Christmas, but have been doing the medium step class for 30 minutes every other day. I was able to do the skipping without getting tired and the crunches easier than before. I must be making progress somewhere to be able to do these easier! I'm going to bust my butt to lose this weight!!
Went to the Y this morning walked on treadmill for 30 minutes, burned 176 calories.
