Hey all. Was out for a couple days but I'm back. Doctor saw my weight loss and BP and is thinking about taking me off meds provided my BP normalizes more (awesome!). Also today was supposed to be a fast day, but I didn't want the ground beef to go bad, so fasting tomorrow.
