Last nights moveball class incorporated some step aerobics. I made it through fairly well. Did have trouble with one move, but it was a balance thing. Now my goal is to add one more day of working out to my schedule. So perhaps Thursday night. The kid had two teeth break through on the weekend and last night he slept the entire night. Thank God!
