Since I now eat more quality and less quantity, considering that veggies aren't that expensive. I find that I am now very particular at what I buy. Brand, type and quality are now at the forefront of consideration... Interesting how that changed.

That is a huge part of why I gained. Poor choices with food. I can feel a difference now that I am eating more raw veggies and cutting out the starches. Well not completely. I still love them. Just eating smaller portions and only one meal twice a week. I should start to see a difference a couple of weeks.
