Well not such a great weekend for me food wise....played softball all weekend and didn't pack the proper foods, so just ate what I could....had a few drinks also...but it is ok, I am back on track today and I am heading to the gym at lunch, going to push myself very hard at the gym. I think that has been my problem, with everything going on I have not been working out like I should and I think once I start that back up faithfully I will start seeing the weight drop like no other! I am really going to concentrate on what I eat this week also...went shopping again yesterday so I am stocked for the week. Going to continue Phase I for the entire week and this weekend hope to see the results I want to see! Hope everyone had a great weekend and hope all is going well! Smash On!!!
