Yippee :) It's going back the right direction and feeling good about it all. I may not be able to control much in my life ATM, but this I can.
My gin pal was here yesterday lunchtime, as I made my breakfast - at 2 o'clock lunchtie. They struggled to believe the volume of food I put away :) The huge bowl of food I made was less than 500 killers, then add the coffee with blue, the nuts and fish.. I had a good 900 total.
The big bowl is mostly 'watter', and I did have a few more mushrooms than normal - a whopping 250g, in addition to the kale, cauliflower, celery etc., but it works for me. I don't eat much as the day goes on, it suits me. Having a big feast meal in the evening as we did while the old folk were here just doesn't suit me, It is the convention I think because of working patterns. Tough! I am me.
I don't much care for the song, but I resonate with the lyrics of Robbie's current song. I love my life.
