How do you learn that when something is a temptation to you, you just shouldn't make it?

look for an equivalent that is lower in calories and make that instead. The web is full of alternate recipes. I love muffins - I now make low-cal muffins that are great. I have a favorite Chocolate Zucchini muffin that fills my chocolate cravings as well as my muffin cravings, at only 109 calories!
