It's 1pm and I'm shocked to realise I've nearly consumed my calories for the day having already consumed 1350. Wow. I guess that's why 'm tracking - but I am shocked. I think I'll allow myself 1800 cals today, at this point any other aim may just lead to a massive blowout.
