EFS - Day 5, Cycle 1 (Today)
Ok, I was too lazy to cook anything today so I ate 1/2 cup of beans two times in a row within 3 hours. Also, I ate corn salad again. I hope I'll continue to lose weight with these meals... as I'm not sure if it's okay to eat same food in same day???
Breakfast: Egg whites with mushrooms, scallions, & salsa and mixed fruit salad Meal #1: Corn salad leftover Snack: Reduced-Fat Wheat Thin crackers Meal #2: Fish & 1/2 cup of beans Meal #3: Corn salad leftover & 1/2 cup of beans and 1/2 cup of soy milk
I didn't work out at all today... I only had 6 hours of sleep and I really didn't have a lot of energy. :/
