Yesterday, it was very hard because my boyfriend's family came over for dinner (I didn't even eat white bread at all... go me! but I had like 2 deviled eggs so it's bit overboard) and I had to run all over the town doing errands and didn't get home until like 2ish. Thus, my meals were kinda messed up. Didn't work out either. :/ I'll try to do Pilates & exercise using Dance Dance Revolution on PS2 today.
EFS - Day 4, Cycle 1 (From yesterday)
Breakfast: Yogurt & Green Apple Snack: Powerbar prima bar (110 calories) but had small caramel macchiato (1% milk) from Starbucks at Target while I was shopping there as I had no energy so it gave me a bit boost Free Snack(sorta): Carrots with Hummus Meal #2: Lemon Herb Chicken, corn salad (FS recipe - my fav!), veggies & 2 deviled eggs Meal #3: Fruit Salad Snack: Popcorn
