it's easy to catch a cold these days, the "warm" weather makes us not getting dressed enough... I hope it won't last (your cold, not the warm weather lol!) and you feel better soon. you already started to lose the holiday gain, Good job! I'm sure the rest will come of in no time. I know what you're talking about with the evening snacks. for me part of the problem is because I don't want to eat too much for supper and then I get hungry around 9 or 10 pm. if i don't go to bed, I start eating anything I can find.
