Well......been a long week or two. No regrets (just a couple a pounds)! Dad made it thru surgery, I survived my 53rd birthday!
We made an amazing dinner for my birthday weekend: Grilled T-Bones (biggest I've ever seen!) Creamy Chive And Onion Spaghetti Squash Soul Bread
and my cake!! Boston Crème Poke Cake (SF and GF) SF Ice Cream w/GF cake cones
My grandson, Dameon just KILLED a quart of strawberry we made together! He says, I helped make it, this is the best ice cream papa!
Life's little pleasures.....glad to be here for that.....
