A very, rainy Wednesday here in Los Angeles. I disciplined myself to get to the gym yesterday, and feel this fourth workout post surgery got me over a hump of pain, as my body seems to be processing, the lactic acid buildup, that makes muscles sore. I feel good today, and also received good news on my PSA blood test, that no signs of cancer exist, as of now. John called and it sounds like he and I, will be going to Las Vegas soon.
