EFS Day 3, Cycle 1 - May 26, 2007
I did well - but a friend came over and a bought a new bottle of wine for us. I couldn't resist! But overall, I think I did great.
Breakfast: Wheat of Cream with fruit salad leftover Meal #2: Smoothie (green apple & orange) Meal #3: Black Beans & Brown Rice Meal #4: Small sirloin steak, salad, & sweet potato along with 1 1/2 cup of wine
I had like 4 or 5 popcorn as my boyfriend had it as a snack afterwards.
Workout: 60 minutes of elliptical & 10 min of bicycling. It was a good exercise!
