Holy geez, moveball is tough. I used a mixture of the 5kg ball and the 4kg ball. I would try to do it the way the instructor showed and then take modifications when I could. I feel so good that I did it though. And I'm not hurting too bad today. My arms and leg muscles are a bit sore but that's how it should be. An occasional reminder that I worked out but not too sore that I can't feed myself :)
