My last meal didn't go so well yesterday... :/ I was at my friend's place (there were 13 of us) and we were to bring appetizers. Damn - I was so drooling over it and I had told myself to just eat healthy ones but I didn't... my temptation had gotten to me!
Yesterday's meals looked like:
Breakfast: Yogurt & plum Snack #1: Cheese String Meal #2: Spinach salad with tomato, cucumbers, onion with low fat Asian sesame dressing Meal #3: Lemon Pepper Fish & Kidney Beans Meal #4: That one was a MESS!- I mostly ate small pieces of appetizer-kind foods: chips with melted velveeta cheese (god, that one was so YUMMY!), mini-bbq sausages, sushi rolls, ham with pickle/cream cheese, small Nazook Bread, carrots of hummus (at least that one was healthy) and had a small piece of chocolate chip & pecan cookie. :/
Later, I drank 1 cup of soy milk as I was thirsty.
At least I learned from my experience and resist my temptation next time.
Anyway, my exercise for the day was elliptical for 30 minutes, 20 minutes jogging on the treadmill and played Dance Dance Revolution on PS2 (I love it!) for about 30 minutes.
Today's 3rd day of Cycle 1 so I intend to do well! But I plan to extend two days so that I could be on the track of this program. Meaning that I'll start Cycle 2 next Saturday. Now, that'll be good...since I prefer to weigh in every Saturday morning.
