so i went to the gym tonight and i'm honestly considering going tomorrow as well. maybe start with four days a week and go from there. today's workout sucked bc i didn't grab a well-fitting shirt and it kept riding up, but luckily my gym is fairly empty at night(there were two gentlemen in the back with the free weights not paying any attention to me in the front on the elliptical) and so i dont think anyone saw. definitely grabbing a bigger shirt if i go tomorrow. but it made me have to keep stopping, plus the fatigue of the last few days has been getting to me. i may just take the weekend off and start back up on monday bc my thighs are really chafed as well :(
anyways, i at least got today's workout done, and a workout is a workout even if you don't do so hot! and tomorrow i'm off work so i can relax a little.
