Another year and yet another resolution to get this done - at least get the scale moving downward instead of upward. If nothing else I'm hoping to re-start recording in my daily food journal and re-read the books that helped me a couple of years ago . . . . . The Flat Belly Diet which call for no sugar and Lose the Weight Lose the Wheat which calls for NO wheat products, including pasta. Holly Cow - that's a hard row to hoe, especially when living with a cookie monster. I'm going to change my goal weight too. 30 more lbs (more actually) sounds daunting so let's just shoot for 20. I'd be very happy with the lose of 20 lbs. I've stopped scolding myself but I'm still not pleased with myself. And all those new size 16 jeans I bought for myself a couple of years ago - they are folded and sitting in a drawer - waiting for me to be able to fit back in them. Besides the weight issue - I'm good.
