I'm on day three of logging food. So far so good. I've stayed within my calorie intake of 1,800. I know it's highish for weight loss but I plan on creating calorie deficits with exercise. I've also stayed true to my resolution to always take the stairs at work unless I'm wearing safety boots.

I find 1800 sustains my hunger and keeps my body from feeling weak. One pound per week is good loss theory incorporating 1800 calories plus exercise deficit :)
