I just noticed that I weighed 144.6lb before Christmas! Which means I didn't actually gain ove rthe holiday. This cheers me as I hope by just reducing what I eat slightly I can get back to 139lb or close. Fingers crossed (though my teenager keeps cooking me banana pancakes! LOL)

Banana pancakes, I remember those from my childhood. OMG, I want one now! Can't be too calorific surely? Maybe the carbs aren't so good though, ho hum. That may be my weekend treat. Well done on getting your weight wrong - best day ever!
