So passed a small test today. I have been good on my diet for the last 2 days. So the test today was this. I had salad for my lunch. The plan then was then to go to the gym for my cardio. Then home for rice, veggies, and chicken, Buta friend of mine said lets me at Dave and Busters..So I did go....This is how I pasaed my test..In the past I would have ordered a beer, a soda, and a burger covered in cheese, bacon, and such..with fries...but I did not do this....Instead I had sugar free ice tea, and a Thai chicken salad..So I can make good choices lol.
