Okay, I decided to restart first Cycle (I was going to do it for first time two days ago but I needed to go food shopping so yesterday is OFFICIAL first day). Yesterday was first day of Cycle 1 and today's day 2. I also decided to weigh in this morning and OMG, I already lost 2.2 lbs in two days. I'm very happy! I think that's because I had so much alcohol and food in me that I had eaten last week (I was in Chicago for a week visiting my best friend and attending her bridal shower party) and I think that I had cleaned my body for last two days so that was very helpful going on FSD!
Here's what my meals look liked yesterday (I was loyal following FSD's meals)
Breakfast: 2 White eggs with salsa and green apple Snack #1: Carrots & Hummus Meal #2: 1 cup of fruit salad Meal #3: Spinach salad with tomato, cucumbers, onion with low fat walnut raspberry dressing Meal #4: Black Beans, Green Beans & frozen vegetables (added soy sauce to it) Snack #2: 1/2 cup of fruit salad
I didn't even feel hungry at all during the day but when I had finished up my Meal #4, I was bit hungry so I ate fruit salad.
Exercise: 30 minutes on elliptical, 15 minutes jogging and 15 minutes of bicycling - total 1 hour
