So happy that I lost forty pounds, my cardio is better, but need to lose about 12 more inches from my gut. It is at 52.5 inches. Do not get me wrong it was good that I lost those inches..but need to lose more. So I am going to judge my weight lose on my pounds, but on my inches on my stomach. So every two weeks I am going to measure my gut..I think this will keep me in a better positive mood. As I have put on a lot of muscle. I will track my weight ones a month. So I plan to cut a lot of carbs. No more bread or pasta for a while..A lot more of veggies and fruits and cardio..lol
