My line moved into the yellow stage! yehaw! It sure is tougher to shed those pounds after the big 40! I still haven't figured out how to change my diet to the OWL stage from induction.

Oh well, things are going great - big time cravings today - stopped by the office and of course there was 3 kinds of pizza ordered for the staff. Pizza is one of my greatest weaknesses. But, I just told myself that there will always be pizza available to me 3 days, 3 weeks, three months, or 3 years from now. I am NOT missing out on anything - accept and epic fail on my willpower.

I wonder where I'll be at for my birthday on March 9? Maybe I'll even get to wear a nice t-shirt without a jacket - and be confident that no rolls are offending anyone! LOL

Congrats on your yellow! I hope to see that someday too! My kids had a mutiny yesterday so there was pizza, and then cake and ice cream at a bday party. So dont feel to bad, it happens to us all. Stay mindful of our journey. Your doing great!

Next time you weigh in, right where you enter your new weight, will be a box where you can change from Induction to OWL. Might be another way to do it, but that's the one I'm aware of. Keep up the good work.
