who knew that even trying to be semi moderate a lunch at olive garden was over 900 calories even with unsweetened tea? crazy. it must suck to be a woman at times. there are some who won't lose weight until they drop the calories down to 1200 or less and virtually eliminate carbs. however the bonus is that you survive the famine while people with higher metabolic rates are dropping like flies all around youlol.
