Post holiday - I can still see results from Orange Theory and fill fitter - and I'm not starting back at the beginning. Back to Orange Theory today and then I will dial my diet in Jan 1st - also going to work hard at the gym in the meantime as well. See if the extra food helps with extra energy - extra loss. This is the opposite of my usual diet so lets see if I can jump start the metabolism - enjoy the Christmas food and get some hard curves from working out out a lot.
3 weeks. Also there's an almost no alcohol clause with my diet - cant cheat that hard or I won't make my extra workouts.
