10 day green smoothie cleanse starts today... next weigh in on Dec 15th. I should really try harder with exercise... I just REALLY hate it though. I say it freely here because no one really knows me :-) Day 1 isn't going so well, I'm feeling ill, nausea and a cold... it is ok IF, it helps with losing weight lol. Thanks for the support guys.... it's an everyday struggle.
