Well I made it through Christmas. Now the hard part- the kids are back and they eat the most delicious things - it is really testing my will-power when I serve them macaroni, spaghetti, and their favorite - pizza. sigh.
Nevertheless I am still on track and am pleased that I am coming up to a ten pound loss soon. I am only about a pound and half away from that mini goal!

I have the same problem with my teens, they have to have snacks in the house, and fish sticks!! Its quite the problem. Sometimes they mutiny and insist on a McDonalds trip too. Good luck, just keep plenty of "good" foods around and you will be fine. Sadly I molded them into Junk food eaters, and they are not motivated to quit yet. Oh well...

Thanks for the comment. I have plenty of 'good' foods here in the house and have not given in yet! I just can't if I want to realize my goal. Sometimes the kids will even try my new foods.
