Today I am going back on Induction for 4 weeks. I am officially (meaning at the same weight for two months!) stalled 18 lbs away from my goal and my cravings are not under control! But I am READY, so here goes!! My one year Atkins anniversary is March 1 and I want to stay proud of all I have accomplished.
