Well according to my scale I was 230 this morning - uhh I think not! No way I lost 11.5 lbs in one day LOL. So I fooled around with it and had weights all over the place anywhere between 230 - 244 lbs. Since I'm tracking my calories eaten & burned I knew I probably had a .5 lb loss. Today I will be looking for a new scale!
109.3 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 27.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
