Day 4 back on Low Carb. The "fog" has definitely lifted. I kicked ass at work yesterday and got a lot done at the house. No sign of the Atkins flu yet just the usual crappy allergies. Slept in today till 10 am then made wuevos rancheros for DH and eggs,bacon, and asparagus for me. I feel my mojo coming back. Yesterday I wrote out my weeks worth of work outs in my journal. I love to plan and I love school supplies so its kinda just made sense. I was also mentioning to DH that I noticed Ive been wearing the same pair of jeans to work every other day so Im gonna break out all the new stuff I bought when I started working at the office a few months ago. Time to be the best version of me I can be, so with that in mind I went and did nails and pedicure yesterday.. always makes me feel good and boosts my self esteem.
