started my day off in an amazing way today.. I woke up at 5 am (yes on a Saturday). Sipped my coffee till it was light out. Then I decided to hit the park across the street for a brisk walk. I normally do 3 laps but today I did 5, I just felt so energized. I got 5908 steps too. While I was walking a saw a cat under a bush, and ya'll know me an animals so I walked back to the house, got some cat food and went back and left it out. On laps 4 and 5 I saw that he/she had come out from the bush to eat, ate it all then went back under the bush. He/she looked like a house cat but was def more of a outside cat.. too fat to be stray.. maybe lost? Def too scared to let me approach. I feel good at least knowing he/she had a good meal today.. Im gonna carry some food now every time I go to the park. While I was walking I decided to pick up some litter along the away. Bottles and cans..I cleaned up half the park (there wasnt a lot).I feel accomplished. I feel strong.
Anyway.Working on a mini fast.. wanna hold out till at least 10 am. I noticed when I eat too early, it sets off a chain reaction triggering the urge to eat every 2 hours.I want to stretch that to every 3 hours at least.
Today is day 3 back on low carb and my stomach already feels flatter, not bloated. I havent had the "atkins" flu yet (knock on wood). Ive been plenty hydrated and feeling good. I feel strongly that I need to go off low carb so I could come back to it and actually see a difference again. I cant begin to tell you how much I missed bacon and butter.. sweet baby jesus !!
Hope every one has a good day today. Im working from home which means time to clean between work. Then I plan to spend my evening playing computer games. Ive already asked DH, no real beer, only mich ultra.. I think it too watered down so i wont drink it and if I do drink it, it has the least negative impact. :) HAPPY SATURDAY !
