gooooooooood mornin...waking up to fog outside again this morning...and in the 50s...but once daylight happens plan on gettin my morning walk done again...i kno its the time of season for mom to make cookies,...but its so tempting...yesterday she made peanut butter cookies from a bag...then chocolate chip cookies from scratch...and then....not sure what they are called...besidesss...yummy...lol..you take ritz crackers..put a bit of peanut butter between 2 and then...chocolate goes over the entire thing...sooooooooo tempting...i have to admit i had one of the ritz cookies and one chocolate chip...and really i feel good about it...cause it could of been worse...i kno she making them to put on paper plates an pass along...and im ready to pass them along...less in the house...less temptations...just means more movement incase the urge hits...lol..hopefully i can keep that urge under control...watched a show on tv last night about the stars an how they got the weight off...was interesting...i think it was mtv...i was flippin channels an happened on it...alot of them had gastericbypass...some kept it off...an some didnt...regardless of how you get it off..it all comes down to changing your eating habits an getting some form of exercise to burn the calories off...well...need to make the bed...an get my cup of green tea...get this day started so i can get dressed an wait on daylight...get this day started out right....have a greattttttttttt one..
