I continue to feel a level of vitality the likes of which I've not known before! I did some running this week (worked out daily) and felt wonderful! I made a point not to overdo the work out this week.
Also, because of my weight loss, it seems even those who know me have a difficult time recognizing who I am. Several people have wondered who they were looking at or talking to...never expected this kind of side effect.
Finally, I looked at a picture of me at my max...zoinks! Now that's a reminder of where I never want to be again!
