jsfantome's Journal, 19 Dec 11

Well, of course I CAN eat it...if I want to... it becomes all about what I want! Do I want to take a break and indulge in something or multiple something specials for the Christmas Holiday? Or do I want to induce the ridiculous cravings that follow said indulgences?

For me, NO I do not!

I've been down this road, and honestly, no popcorn, little piece of fudge, or even a tasty Christmas Cookie is going to give me the same pleasure that stepping on that scale tomorrow morning will bring!

My pants are looser! No bloat. No feelings of lethargy. No mind games, or cravings, or craziness! I feel really good! And I've been faithful, and diligent and I just can tell...tomorrow is likely going to be a good weigh in ;)

So do I reward that w/ more of the above in terms of food, or more of the above in terms of focus?

I am choosing to head straight into the weekend, with nothing but my Low Carb Armour on ... and see how I can deflect all needless temptation!

Hope you guys are all well.

Much Love.

Green with envy. I know its all about choice and I've made some bad ones; very pleased your armour is in place and bullet proof. You go girl.

Thanks Carol! And Issy - I'm telling ya... three days into a clean way of eating.. and the craziness stops and the self-control is regained. Then the choices really do become yours again. For every bad choice, you can choose differently... you just have to 'determine' yourself to stay on track thru the worst of it... (the first couple of days are no fun!) But then it gets so much more satisfying to move on - than to live in regret. Love ya... no matter what you choose! Much Love.

For me it takes a fortnight of clean living and suddenly I have a clarity and strength that I can't believe!! Sadly, that fortnight is incredibly tough!!!

I love the attitude. Nothing taste as good as a next morning weight loss feels. I agree with you 100%!

What a great attitude! Way to be focused on exactly what you want. That is inspirational!
