Last night was the final party of the season. I ate way too many things to even try to enter into my food diary. It's past time to get back into the program. I did start my exercise program back today with a nice workout on the treadmill. I'm well aware of "water weight" gained from sodium filled foods but I can't believe I gained 6 pounds in one day! That's totally shocking to me. Oh well, I hope to see much of that gone in a day or two.

Back to the grind.

Making it mandatory to enter the foods as you go (maybe using a phone app?) is a good way to restrain yourself. I do it constantly - no matter what I eat, how many items or where I am. It's LAW. However, most important thing is to get back in the saddle and move on. hope you had a good day. :)
