Doing great so far, but I need to get my carbs consumption down. I gave up bread, but have recently added Ezekiel sprouted bread.I try to only eat it once per week and usually its a veggie sandwich or tuna or sockeye salmon

It is very difficult to give up bread items completely. I struggle with that constantly. I've recently become a fan of whole grain tortillas with flax - only 5 net carbs per wrap. They add to the overall intake of fiber, while keeping your carbs down and your protein up, so you can add whatever proteins and veggies you want and still maintain your macros. I say good on you - these things are always works in progress. Keep up the good work!
