Ok, so I am now down to the lightest I have been in this campaign. I would like to be under 90 by the end of this week. I have a 50th birthday party this coming weekend to attend. I am attempting to squeeze into a dress that I bought earlier this year (when I was 2 kgs lighter than I am now) - so fingers crossed it will still fit. I have been fasting 16:8 and it has been ok. I have also been trying to cut down on Calories while still doing LCHF. It is a struggle at times, but I can and will do it! Hope everyone else is going well!

Certainly is an ongoing war Aussie Elise! I will need every bit of luck with that dress. I am thinking of doing shakes for the 3 days leading up to the big night - just to flatten out a bit. It really is a campaign - Every re-start is a new campaign for me. God knows how many times I have had to start over! I will do it properly this time!

I am purposely taking mine slow. I am not discouraged, yet, but this is going to be a long haul. I am hoping that this lifestyle thing will be a permanent change.
