Time to admit to myself that I have gained back 2kg.
Am I just less active now the summer is over?
I'll try and aim to get 30-60 minutes of heart raising activity in every day.

Your weight is similar to mine, i was just under 100kg and went down to 77kg at one point..
Over winter being a couple of kgs heavier i think is pretty natural, if you are skinny you feel the cold, what is the point of that?
